Disable Touch Screen in Windows 10
The Touch Screen feature in Windows 10 allows you to interact with your computer without using a Keyboard or a Mouse.

Also, some users want to keep the Touch Screen disabled to improve battery life and to prevent the possibility of opening a wrong slide or file during presentations.
Touch screen also needs to be disabled if it becomes glitchy, suffers from Phantom or Ghost Touch and also to discourage children from playing with the computer.
