Here are some weird iOS apps that people actually download. Most of these apps are free, which means you too download them to check out your reaction and refer them to your friends, in case you find any of these apps as being funny, interesting or even disgusting enough to deserve a mention.
Bristlr App connects bearded guys from all over the world with people who love beards.
The creator of this app claims that there are many people with beards who like to have them stroked and there are many who don’t have beards, but would like to stroke them.
Bristlr is a social network devoted to connecting people with beards to those who “want to stroke” them.
The app also has a beard-rating option so you can discover how one beard compares with others.
2. Run and Pee
Don’t be misled by its Funny and good for nothing sounding name. ‘Run and Pee’ can be a pretty useful app
Each movie has a list of carefully selected Peetimes. We try to find 3-5 minute long scenes that don’t have crucial plot twists, or LOL moments, or exciting action.
‘Run and Pee’ app advises you about the best times to go for a pee during a movie and also fills you in on what you’ve missed during your time out for a pee.
3. SimStapler by Freeverse
The SimStapler app is for those very bored people who are so lost and bored that they are willing to spend their time just tapping a stapler on the screen.
The app makes stapling sounds and after every 10 taps a British woman says, “Splendid!” Do this again ten more times to hear Splendid in British!
You can continue this forever and ever until you get tired of hearing ‘Splendid’ in a British accent.
This app claims to help you get rid of guilt anywhere, anytime. Just cross to unlock, select your sin(s) and receive instant Penance and absolution.

Confession: A Roman Catholic App
While not intended to be part of this list, we came across a real confession app that has received some official sanction.
The app received an imprimatur from Bishop Kevin C. Rhodes of the Diocese of Fort Wayne, Äì South Bend. It is the first known imprimatur to be given for an iPhone/iPad app.
The app claims to offer Custom examination of Conscience based upon age, sex, and vocation, and offers a choice of 7 different acts of contrition.
5. Pimple Popper
Pimple Popper app allows you to tackle blackheads, whiteheads and cases of full blown pimples on 8 different faces (5 females and 3 males).
The app promises realistic squeezing motion using 2 fingers with pimples oozing … ooey, gooey goodness.
6. Fake-An-Excuse: Hangup Now!
Have you ever been in those long, boring and never ending phone calls?
The person at the other end just does not want to hang up and you too cannot hang up due to the possibility of offending the person at the other end.
You can safely depend on Fake-An-Excuse app at such moments. The app comes packed with over 45 realistic sounds that should help you get off the phone in an instant.

Using this app you can set up a pretty 22-year old South Korean female model named Mina to call you up to 4 times a day.
Mina will wake you up in the morning with “Are you still sleeping?” remind you to eat your breakfast with “Time for breakfast!” and come back at night to say “Good night, sweet dreams.”
While the app was created to help the lonely in Korea, it can potentially make you lonely due to a clever feature in the app that highlights just how painfully silent your apartment has become after your call with Mina has ended.

7. Watching Cute Girl
In case Mina has left you lonely, you can download the ‘Watching Cute Girl’ app that was specifically created to help the lonely in Japan.
This app features a cute looking Japanese girl that will be looking at you all the time, giggling, uttering phrases and offering to give you a hug.
The app allows you to become friendly with “Watching girl” and interact with her.
Watching Girl is capable of expressing some 180 facial expressions and uttering unexpected words from time to time.
9. Spirit Story Box
The ‘Spirit Story Box’ claims to be a communication tool designed to allow spirits to generate single – or multi-word messages to your iPhone.
The app was developed by Ghost hunters Roger Pingleton and Jill Beitz using concepts from the global consciousness project
Human beings have a lot of electricity in our bodies. It is believed that when we pass over, our spirit becomes something in the universe, sort of an electrical current.
The ‘Spirit Story Box’ app claims to pick up changes in random electrical noise around your iPhone and convert these into words using its preprogrammed vocabulary.
