It is difficult to pin point a single or common reason for “Mobile Network Not Available” Error in Android Phones. Hence, we are providing below a number of methods that other users have used to successfully Fix this error on their Android Phones.

Turn ON/OFF Flight Mode

It is quite possible that Flight Mode or Airplane Mode has been accidentally enabled on your Android Phone or you had enabled Flight Mode while travelling and forgotten about this.

Even if Airplane Mode is not enabled on your Android Phone, turning ON Airplane Mode and then turning it OFF is known to fix the problem of Mobile Network Not available on Android Phones.

1. Open the Settings App on your Android Phone.

2. On the Settings screen, tap on the Flight Mode option located under Connections heading.

4. Next, Disable Flight Mode by moving the toggle to OFF position.

As mentioned above, the simple act of Turning ON/OFF Flight mode has fixed “No Mobile Network” Error for many users who reported noticing Updates and Network notifications suddenly popping on, after following the above procedure.

Disable Data Roaming

Just like Flight Mode, Data Roaming option can also get accidentally enabled or you may have enabled Data Roaming on your Android Phone and forgotten about this.

1. Open the Settings App on your Android Phone.

2. On the Settings screen, tap on Mobile Networks.

3. On the next screen, Disable the option for Data Roaming by moving the toggle to OFF position (See image below).

Automatically Connect to Mobile Network

This solution has worked for a number of users experiencing “Mobile Network Not Available” Error Message on their Android Phone.

1. Open the Settings App on your Android Phone.

2. On the settings screen, tap on Mobile Networks option located under Connections heading (See image below).

3. On the Mobile Networks screen, tap on Network operators.

4. On the next screen, tap on Select Automatically option to make your Android Phone Automatically select your preferred network.

In case this does not work, you will have to try out other methods as listed below.

Update Firmware

It is possible that Samsung or the manufacturer of your Android Phone has released a Firmware update and your device is not updated to the latest version of firmware.

1. Open the Settings App on your Android Phone.

2. On the Settings screen, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on About device.

4. On the next screen, tap on Update Now option to make your device check for Software Updates.

5. Install Software Updates in case any software updates are available.

Remove Battery and SIM Card

The problem of “Mobile Network Not Available” Error Message on your Android Phone may be due to the SIM Card not being inserted properly or your Android Phone being unable to read the SIM Card.

1. Power OFF your Android phone and Remove the SIM Card and Battery.

2. Patiently wait for about 5 minutes and then insert back the Battery and the SIM Card into your Android Phone.

3. Switch ON your Android Phone.

This method has also been reported by users as being quite useful in fixing Mobile Network Not Available Error on their Android Phones.
