While the native Weather App on iPhone is known to work well most of the times, it has also bothered users by not working, failing to load and not providing accurate and timely Weather related information.
In most cases, the problem of Weather App not updating or not being able to provide updated and accurate weather information can be fixed by allowing the Weather App to refresh in background.
Also, the Weather App needs to be provided with access to your location information, in order to provide you with timely weather alerts and accurate weather reports.
