1. Download PDF Files from Email Message to iPhone
You download PDF files attached to an email message by using the following steps.
1. Open Mail App and open the Email Message with PDF attachments.
2. Tap on the attached PDF file to open it on your iPhone.

3. Once the PDF file is open, tap on the Share icon located at bottom-left corner of the screen.

4. From the Sharing Menu that appears, select Save to Files option.

5. On the next screen, you can select On My iPhone to save the PDF File to the Local storage of your iPhone or select iCloud Drive to save the File to your iCloud Drive Account.

You can access the downloaded PDF File at any time by using Files App.
2. Download PDF Files from Internet to iPhone
If you come across an interesting eBook, Recipe or User Manual in PDF Format on the internet, you can download them to iPhone by using Safari browser and Books App.
1. Open Safari Browser and go to website where the eBook, Recipe or File is available for download in PDF Format.
2. Once you find the PDF File, click on the download link and this will open the PDF File in Safari browser.

3. After the PDF File opens, tap on Share icon located in the bottom menu.

Note: If you do not see the Share Icon, scroll down and make sure that you are on the cover page of the PDF File.
4. From the Sharing menu that appears, tap on the Books Icon to begin the process of downloading the PDF File to the Books App on your iPhone.

5. Once the PDF File is downloaded, you can access the downloaded PDF File by opening the Books App on your iPhone and tapping on the Library tab in the bottom menu.

Note: The time to download the PDF file will depend on the speed of your internet connection (Wi-Fi is faster than mobile).
