How to Make iPhone Flash When A Call is Recieved

By: Sam Patwegar | May 18, 2025

Apple provides the option to make iPhone Flash its LED light (located next to the Camera), whenever a Call or Text Message is received on your device.

This can help in preventing the possibility of an important call or message being missed, while your device is placed in silent mode and it is also not set to vibrate during silent mode.

Enable LED Flash Alerts on iPhone

Depending on your requirements, you can make iPhone to Flash its LED light only when it is placed in silent mode or make iPhone to both Ring and Flash, whenever a call is received.

The latter option can be useful, if you are visiting or working in a noisy environment, studying or working with music on and also if you prefer keeping the ringer volume on your iPhone to a very low level.

Here it needs to mentioned that LED Flash Alerts work only when your device is locked, you won’t find iPhone Flashing when it is unlocked or being used.
